Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Aerial Gymnastics Academy (operated by Aerial Sports Clubs and Facilities Management and Operation LLC), we want you to be confident in your enrollment.

Registration Fees

• The annual registration fee is non-refundable once the registration is processed.

Class Packages & Memberships

• A full refund is available if requested within 7 days of purchase AND before the first attended session.

• Once classes have started, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions, less any applicable administrative fee.

• Packages have a validity period; unused sessions after expiry are non-refundable.

Class Cancellations & Make-ups

• To cancel or reschedule a class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a make-up session.

• Missed classes without prior notice are not eligible for make-up or refund.

Medical Exceptions

• In case of a documented medical condition preventing participation, please contact us — we will offer a credit or pro-rata refund at our discretion.

How Refunds Are Processed

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
