Service Delivery Policy

Aerial Gymnastics Academy provides in-person gymnastics training services at our locations in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a service provider, we do not ship physical products as part of class enrollment.

Confirmation (TAT)

• Immediately after a successful payment, an invoice/receipt is sent to your registered email.

• Your enrollment and class booking are confirmed within 24 hours (TAT) by our admin team via WhatsApp/email.

Service Delivery

• Classes are delivered according to the booked schedule at the selected location.

• Your booked sessions become available on your account/schedule once enrollment is confirmed.

Merchandise & Equipment (if purchased)

• Uniforms, leotards and equipment are collected in person at your training location.

• Turnaround time for in-stock items is 2–5 business days; you will be notified when ready for pickup.
