Our Methodology

Aerial Gymnastics Academy operates under a USA-based methodology (USAG Levels 1-5).

We focus on long-term athlete development, technical precision, and a supportive yet disciplined training environment.

The Role

Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG): Leading recreational and development levels.
Program Focus: Managing groups from "First Step" (3.5+ years) to competitive Level 5.
Versatility Bonus: Experience in Rhythmic Gymnastics, Acro, Trampoline, or Cheerleading is highly valued

Communication: Fluent in English to effectively communicate with athletes and parents.
Personality: A balance of kindness and firmness; structured and team-oriented.
Commitment: Ready to relocate to Abu Dhabi and commit to a minimum 1-2 year journey

What We Offer

Competitive Salary

Starting from AED 8,000 - 12,000 per month (approx. €2,000+), based on experience.

Full employment visa sponsorship and accommodation support during your first month.
