AERIAL GYMNASTICS ACADEMY

Effective Date: March 2026

Governing Law: United Arab Emirates

Welcome to Aerial Gymnastics Academy. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to comply with the following rules and regulations designed to ensure the safety and progress of all athletes.

1. Enrollment and Access

  • Booking Confirmation: A student’s place in a class is only fully confirmed once the invoice has been paid and the parent receives a second email confirmation from the administration.

  • Access Control: No student is permitted to enter the gymnastics area unless their trial or registration has been officially confirmed by the admin team.

  • Trial Assessments: Initial assessments for children (ages 3.5–16) typically last 10–15 minutes. Adult assessments (18+) last between 30 and 60 minutes.

2. Make-up Class Policy

To maintain the quality of our training and coach-to-student ratios, we strictly enforce the following make-up rules:

  • Notification Deadline: For any absence, notice must be provided to the administration before 11:00 AM on the day of the class. If notice is given after 11:00 AM and no valid sick leave (medical certificate) is provided, a make-up class will not be allowed.

  • Package Allowances:

    • 6+ week packages: Eligible for up to 2 make-up classes per term.

    • 4-week packages: Eligible for 1 make-up class per term.

  • Validity: All make-up classes must be completed within the current term and are subject to lane/group availability. Missed sessions cannot be carried over to the next term.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • Official Channels: All payments must be processed through official invoicing and admin confirmation. Payment directly to coaches is strictly prohibited.

  • Fees and VAT: All package prices are subject to 5% UAE VAT.

  • Transaction Surcharges: Online or card payments (including CCavenue/Ziina) incur an additional 2.5% processing fee. No additional fees apply to cash payments.

  • Refunds: As per academy policy, payments for completed registrations and missed sessions that do not meet the make-up criteria are non-refundable.

4. Health and Safety

  • Proper Attire: For safety and to prevent slipping, students are not allowed to wear socks during practice on the mats or equipment.

  • Medical Disclosure: Parents must disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations before the student begins training.

  • Safe Environment: Our academy follows USAG-based methodology focusing on safe technical progressions and controlled spotting.

5. Communication and Conduct

  • Professionalism: Any complaints or concerns must be emailed to the administration to schedule a formal meeting with the coaching staff.

  • Coach Assignments: While we strive for consistency, the Academy reserves the right to assign or rotate coaches based on the program's technical needs and student advancement.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
